Step-by-Step

Thoroughly clean the head with
a rag and acetone or lacquer
thinner to remove any grease or
wax from the head. Use
Vaseline or petroleum jelly and
carefully coat the eye. Be
very careful not to get any on the
areas to be painted!!

Using Off White LT-HM 701
and an airbrush, completely white
out the entire head

Using LT-HM 973 White Pearl, apply
a heavy coat to the very top of
the Head.

Using Turkey Blue LT-HM 505,
apply to the side of the head
below the eye. The intensity
of the blue can vary greatly so
use your own judgement.

Using Gill Red LT-HM 101, apply a
liberal amount to the waddles.
Also apply the red to the snoot.

Using the rub on paints, or Lt-HM
601 Jet black, apply to the
tops of each waddle. Spray
from a sharp angle to apply paint
only on the high spots.
Rubbing the black Rub-On
is much easier, simply stroke the
tops of the waddles with you
finger. Apply some
black/dark brown around the ear
opening. Lightly shade the
beak with the dark brown.

Using the light blue rub-on paint
and a paint brush, apply the color
to the spaces between the waddles.
Clean the eye with a modeling tool
and q-tip to remove any paint.
Apply a satin or gloss top coat
when finished Using the black
bristles of a paint brush, the
hairs around the ear opening can
be replaced if desired.
