Horn Mount Instructions

We offer to fully illustrated instructions for doing horn mounts on antlered animals such as WT deer and Elk.   Select the instructions of the method you prefer, kits are available for either method.

Foster Horn Mount

This method uses a plastic cover over the skull plate and is fastened with nails.  This is an easy method for most anyone.

Taxidermist Horn Mount

The more difficult method of the two but more commonly used by taxidermist.  this method requires use of a horn mounting block, paper mache and a felt cover.
